Web Updating
web updates
To allow updates from web on clients go to the server and login
Click on CLIENTS
Click on CLIENT PRIVILEGES
Highlight the clients to set this for
Now double click the menu tree CLIENT PRIVILIEGES
Find the Allow Update from Trendscan Active Update Server and check it
Save button at bottom.
Now go to client and Update Now
You can kill the web service on the SERVERand test another Update Now from client and it should hit web for it.
If not, you may have to set proxy settings on that Update Now screen
