Outlook can't SendTo email
Outlook 2002 can't send URL by email
This is usually on machines running office xp
Go to regedt32
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\10.0\Outlook\Security
Add a KEY of
Level1Add
That is Level, the numeral 1 and the word Add
Once you add the key it will create a Default value in right window
Right click the default value and choose modify
Simply type the following in the provided box
