Outlook tracking feature
For Outlook 2003 you can turn off / on tracking options by:
Click on TOOLS
Click on OPTIONS
The screen shot below shows the following windows from left to right......
Click button E-MAIL OPTIONS
Click button TRACKING OPTIONS
Check, or uncheck,
READ RECIEPT -so you do not send someone an email when you read their email
DELIVERY RECIEPT - so you do not send someone an email when their email gets to you
Choose which radio button,
ALWAYS send a response
NEVER send a response
ASK ME before sending a response
